A report in The Star (Malaysia) announced that Penang developer Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O), has obtained acquisition of Prince House, which commands a prime position on the west side of Kingsway in the heart of London’s Midtown. This acquisition marks E&O’s first major overseas property.
According to E&O, the purchase is a great opportunity to market Malaysia’s hospitality and property offerings to a global audience. It might also bring new prospects in the form of Malaysia My Second Home residents, hotel guests or other forms of investment flows to Penang.
