H.E. Simon Featherstone Officially Opens ISP

More than 500 guests, parents, Board members students, teachers and staff gathered on Tuesday 29th May 2012 for the official opening of The International School @ ParkCity by H.E. Simon Featherstone, The British High Commissioner to Malaysia.

Principal Andrew Dalton, in his welcoming address, stressed that the School had a vision to be Malaysia’s premier international school and that it was a pleasure and privilege for him to lead a team of fully qualified and highly experienced teachers.

Chairman Board of Governors, Mr Yaw Chee Siew added, “We are fully committed to, and are excited with the plans and initiatives to make The International School @ ParkCity an institution which we all can be proud of”. As well as signing a commemorative plaque, H.E. Simon Featherstone and Mrs Gail Featherstone toured the school and watched performances by Year 5 and Year 8 students, Ilaria Manzo and Athena Chow.

H.E. Simon Featherstone was also presented with a souvenir painting done by Year 8 student Wong Wen Mei. It was truly a great day for everyone at The International School @ ParkCity.
