Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Taylor’s is Malaysia’s oldest, largest and most successful private education group opening their first institution to the public in 1969. Since then, they’ve come a long way and it looks like they’re poised to go even further with their latest endeavour. In October, recently at the official groundbreaking ceremony, they unveiled their latest project which will be the first Taylor’s International School with a state-of-the-art campus in Bandar Bukit Puchong. The school will cater to Early Years, Primary and Secondary students.

“The Taylor’s brand is synonymous with providing high quality tertiary education to students through Taylor’s University and College. Now, Taylor’s can educate students at a younger age to provide them with the necessary foundation for success. The campus design of the Taylor’s International School, Puchong is to facilitate the school in providing the most optimum and conducive learning environment for the students,” Dato’ Loy Teik Ngan, Group Chief Executive Officer, Taylor’s Education Group.

Taylor’s International School aims to offer a well-rounded and holistic international education that combines the best from East and West – the internationally recognized British curriculum anchored by Asian values. Academic excellence and character building are key focus areas at this International Curriculum School to develop responsible global citizens of the future. The first Taylor’s International School campus is located on a 7.88-acre site at Bandar Bukit Puchong and will cater to over 2,000 students. The first phase of the campus is for 1,000 students.

“We believe that Taylor’s International School, Puchong has the potential to contribute and enrich the growing communities adjacent to the school. Being an International Curriculum School, this school will place a lot of emphasis on values like Respect and Care for family and community as a whole. Mathematics and Science will also receive special emphasis in the curriculum at this campus,” said Mr. BK Gan, President of the Taylor’s Education Group, School Division.

Easily accessible via the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) highway, Taylor’s International School, Puchong is a state-of-the-art campus with environmentally sustainable design (ESD) architectural and building elements to reduce the carbon footprint of the campus.

This enables students to learn anywhere, anytime with teachers and other students within an environmentally friendly surrounding. The structural design of the school campus allows optimum natural lighting, encourages natural ventilation and minimizes solar radiation. Wireless broadband is accessible throughout the campus and learning takes place beyond the classroom.
