Malaysia’s Parliament Dissolved

It’s confirmed; Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has – after seeking consent from the King- dissolved Parliament.

The announcement was made at 11.30am today.

Earlier this morning, the entire nation waited with bated breaths when it was announced that the Prime Minister will be making an important announcement at 11.30am this morning.

Najib first met the King, for his weekly audience, this morning between 8.30am and 9.12am. Najib and the Prime Minister’s office then tweeted that the Prime Minister will be making an announcement on the dissolution of parliament at 11.30am, live on RTM 1 and TV3.
