Driven by its success so far, Marlborough College Malaysia is building a new Preparatory School building. Located on its 90-acre campus near the Tuas crossing, the new building will include 30 classrooms, a drama hall, library, specialist learning support department, science, art and design suites, dining facilities, and dedicated music rooms.

This stage of its development will also see an additional air-conditioned sports hall being built for the Preparatory School pupils and two more boarding houses.

The Preparatory School building has been designed by the noted school architect Stefan Jacobek of HOK London and will be completed for opening in September 2017.

This extra investment shows the College’s commitment to the Iskandar region and has been driven by a steady increasing demand for school places.

Robert B Pick, Master of Marlborough College Malaysia, commented, “We are delighted with the impact that Marlborough has made on the educational landscape in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Our Phase 2 development will allow the Senior School to expand into the area currently occupied by the Upper Prep pupils and enhance our provision for delivering a high-quality education.”
