Sentral Suites is possibly the last new addition to the central business district (CBD) of KL Sentral. Located in the middle of bustling Brickfields, with much activity and diverse cultures, Sentral Suites has an advantage of being situated within a five-minute walk of the KL Sentral station – the public transportation hub of Malaysia.

The Sentral Suites project is going to be launched in Q3 2016 and is expected to be completed within 54 months.

This project will span 4.92 acres of land, which will house three towers. Buyers will be able to choose homes of four different views: facing northeast, residents will have unobstructed views of Kuala Lumpur City; facing southeast, the landed properties of Seputeh.

Towards the southwest is Mid Valley Megamall, one of the largest shopping malls in the Asian region, and towards the northwest is the KL Sentral hub itself.

All three towers will be launched in different phases. The first tower will house 458 units, as will the upcoming Tower 2, and the third tower will have 518 units. At the base of the homes there will be 41 units of retail lots. There will be seven different layouts for buyers to choose from, ranging between 650 sq ft to 1,138 sq ft.

The garden in the city

Sentral Suites will be a ‘wonder of greenery’ with 15 different themed gardens and pocket gardens spread throughout the development, and each one of the towers will have differently themed gardens.

Located on Level 13 of the towers will be the Hammock Garden, and on Level 18 there will be the Balinese-themed gardens including Bali’s unique water features.
