Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The British International School of Kuala Lumpur (BSKL) had the honour of welcoming Her Royal Highness, Princess Anne, to the school on Saturday 29th October.

During her visit, Her Royal Highness met with students who took part in a school science initiative: to design the city of the future. Having already hosted the prestigious Emerging Leaders Dialogue Asia (ELDA) conference earlier in October, students had the opportunity to work with these international leaders when finalising their projects.

Her Royal Highness was reported to have been very impressed by the students’ consideration of the environmental and social factors that could play a part in forming our future city’s landscape, in addition to the solutions they had suggested to address these. After the science presentations, Her Royal Highness stayed to enjoy performances by BSKL’s music ensembles and British Schools Foundation choir, flown in especially from China for the occasion.
