School Snaps: SIS Twilight concert for charity

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Tuesday 25th October saw Straits International School’s first twilight concert of the year, which was held at the new permanent site. In collaboration with the student council, nearly RM400 was raised in support of charity. Young musicians at the school performed to their parents and peers in a relaxed, late-afternoon concert set in our fabulous music room. The wealth of ability on show was impressive and all performers played extremely well. Our IGCSE students performed together with their teacher, but the showpiece of the night was from 11-year-old Sky, who played her own composition. Thank you to all of the performers and supporters for such a successful event. Our next twilight concert is on Thursday 8th December.
