This month’s Wine Dinner takes place at La Cave Bistro Mont Kiara. This new outlet is under the same management and owners as La Cave in Bangsar Baru and thus retains some similar features such as the extensive yet affordable wine selection. However, this outlet is different from the Bangsar Baru outlet as it’s focusing more on dining/ food centric.

LA CAVE ICONIC RED WINE BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS SERVE WITH CAULIFLOWER GRATIN & BUTTERED FRENCH BEANS
Chunky beef short ribs marinated with La Cave secret recipe then barbequed till nicely charred. Slow braised for 5 hours in house cabernet sauvignon. Serve with rich & creamy cauliflower gratin & buttered French beans.
PANNA COTTA WITH PASSION FRUIT
Thickened cream aromatized with cinnamon stick, vanilla puree, orange & lemon peel to compliment the tanginess of the passionfruit.
