Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Malaysia’s many states boast not just unique traditions, scenery and culture, but they also have their own food and styles of cooking. While a visit to the state itself is often the only way to taste these local specialities, diners paying a visit to the Maya Brasserie until 21 September will be able to get a flavour of
some of the most wonderful edible creations to come from Kelantan and Terengganu.

This East Coast showcase will feature such dishes as ayam masak lemak cili api and ketupat sotong in a tantalising buffet spread that is priced at RM78++ per person.

The Maya Brasserie is located on level one of the hotel and is open daily from 6am until 12am.The East Coast buffet is only available at lunchtimes from 10-21 September (excluding weekends and public holidays). To make reservations, call the restaurant on 03.2333 1338.
