Cooking enthusiasts had a real treat at the recent cooking demo at Jaya Grocer, Empire Subang. They were treated to an afternoon cooking with season 2 winner of MasterChef New Zealand, Nadia Lim. Nadia, is a dietician and a cook, and also the author of two cookbooks entitled; Nadia’s Kitchen & Good Food Cookbook.

So, what is Nadia’s secret to successfully winning MasterChef New Zealand and having two cookbooks under her belt? Why, by keeping it simple, of course!

“Many amateur chefs try to complicate things, something I did as well when I first started in MasterChef, but I soon realised that the mark of a great chef is to keep it simple and make it great.”

Those who attended the cooking demo by Jaya Grocer walked away with goodie bags, great cooking tips and memorable memories.
