Malaysian singer Dasha Logan has made it to the No.2 spot on the UK Soul charts with her single Cleverly. The single was originally featured on the No.4 spot, but jumped up two spots from last week. The lyrics to Cleverly was inspired by an experience her friend had with an ex-boyfriend, who turned out to be married.
Dasha Logan is no stranger to the music industry. Most Malaysians will definitely recognize the singer’s late father, Loganathan Arumugam, who was the vocalist for the popular Alleycats group. Loganathan passed away in 2007 from lung cancer.
Dasha began her musical journey eight years ago when she started singing at restaurants, weddings, and at the fame No Black Tie in Changkat Bukit Bintang.
