A company is seeking to sell its magazine, which is focused on the Penang market. The magazine covers the history, culture, and attractions of Penang. It has a well-established distribution system, primarily reaching tourists in that area.

The magazine is currently published twice per year, but this frequency could be increased.

If desired, the current owner could continue to provide operational support (i.e. editorial, design, and production) for an agreed fee. If the purchaser wants this partnership-type of arrangement, some experience in the media business is required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Penang-based company or individuals to enter the publishing business or expand their portfolio of titles.
