Flavours of Mexico V returns to Kuala Lumpur for the fifth time. Organised and supported by the Embassy of Mexico, the gastronomic affair features Guest Chef Sergio Velázquez who will be showcasing a culinary experience for guests with unique flavours and traditions Mexico has to offer.
The evening’s main showcase will be the exceptional menu specially curated by Mexican Guest Chef Sergio Velázquez assisted by the hotel’s culinary team, highlighting the best of authentic Mexican cuisine. The dinner includes creations such as Baby Corn with Mayonnaise and Smoked Salt, and Soft Fried Tortilla with Mole as appetisers, Chicken Mixiote with Pot Vegetables or Portobello Mixiote with Pot Vegetables for the main and Oaxaca Chocolate Ice Cream with Anise Tamale to conclude the dinner.
The public will be able to experience this culinary offering at Sentidos Gastrobar – The Latin Grill located at the adjoining Feast Village Starhill Gallery. Available for lunch and dinner from 11 to 14 October, (except for dinner on 13 October), a three-course meal is priced at MYR55 nett per person and full-course meal is priced at MYR65 nett per person.
