JOINT OVERSEAS FILIPINO ASSOCIATION (JOFA) or also known as J3W.com is An Association Of Overseas Filipinos Worldwide which was founded In Malaysia on 24th July 2007 by its Concurrent Chairman and Founder, Ricardo Zaragoza Limson together with a handful of concerned Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Johor, Malaysia. As an Organization under the purview of the Embassy Officials, it has assisted OFWs and non-OFWs Victims of different kind of problems and abuses encountered while living and/or working in different countries in the world.
The World’s Internet Technology is the very heart of JOFA-Wide Operation, it minimizes the physical interactions and is more attune to ONLINE operations by maintaining a number of group chat rooms. It continues to outreach OFWs around the globe by maintaining its simple but reliable quest for the journey to humanity.
