You will get to savour wines from Rockcliffe, Australia which include the Quarrum Rock Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Rockcliffe Third Reef Chardonnay, Rockcliffe Third Reef Riesling, Rockcliffe Single Site Cabernet Sauvignon, and the Rockcliffe Quarram Rocks Shiraz Cabernet. The food is carefully designed and created by The Daily Grind Ampang team, and includes the likes of Smoked Tomato Gazpachio and Avocado with Barramundi Gravlax and Chili Oil, Grilled Aubergine Drizzled with Tahini Yoghurt on a Zesty and Crisp Salad, Pulled Drunken Beef Cheek with Tomato Confit and Mustard Sauce, and BBQ Ox-Tail with Broken Roasted Potato Corn Salsa.
