One Michelin-starred Chef Han Li Guang of Singapore’s Labyrinth will collaborate with Kayu Puti’s Executive Chef Gaetan Biesuz and Chef De Cuisine Beno Wicaksana for this exclusive dinner series; bringing their expertise in taking local ingredients for a fresh spin to the table.
