Inspector-General of Police, Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar, announced that a new crime prevention department will soon be established.
The department, according to Tan Sri Khalid, will primarily be focusing on crime prevention initiatives and efforts.
“It is in line with our goal of zero tolerance on crime. We hope to establish the new department within this month.”
