Etihad Airways has a unique and new online upgrade system which gives Etihad travellers a fantastic opportunity to upgrade to Diamond First Class or Pearl Business Class. Travellers will love this new system, as it allows them to experience Etihad’s premium cabins while enjoying an unmatched luxury and convenience at a great value.
To be a part of this, travellers must already have a confirmed Coral Economy or Pearl Business Class ticket, and the flight has seats available for potential upgrade. Ten days prior to departure, travellers will receive an email informing them of a potential upgrade.
For those who wish to upgrade, simply fill in and submit a form – also indicating the amount you wish to pay for the upgrade – and submit your credit card details (don’t worry, the amount will only be deducted if your bid is successful.) Travellers will then receive a confirmation email two days before departure on the status of the bid.
