The Serena Brasserie will be playing host to three Korean chefs as the InterContinental Hotel KL team up with Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation to bring a month-long Korean food celebration to the restaurant. Until 15 July, diners will enjoy a great spread of Korean delicacies including Haemul-pajeon (green onion and seafood pancake), Seo-galbigui (marinated grilled beef ribs) and Oi-sobagi (stuffed cucumber kimchi), and the buffet will feature over 20 Korean dishes each day.
