Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Ethiopian Airlines has finally made its debut in Malaysia, by operating thrice weekly flights to Kuala Lumpur.

The airline’s debut in Malaysia will help in connecting the Malaysian business and tourism sectors to Africa, as well as service the growing number of African students and expat communities in Malaysia.

The debut of Ethiopian airlines in Malaysia is also expected to support Malaysian companies engaged in Ethiopia, such as Petronas. Petronas currently undertakes oil and gas exploration projects in the country.

The new flight is expected to enhance networking opportunities with ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore and the Philippines.

Ethiopian Airlines was established in 1945. It now operates in 86 cities throughout Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.
