Tune up your old Jackson 5 records and put on your dancing shoes for The Jacksons are coming to Malaysia!
Come 13 December, brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito Jackson (The Jacksons) will be performing all Jackson 5 hit singles such as “ABC”, “I Want You Back”, “I Found That Girl” and many more favourites.
The Jacksons, originally the Jackson 5, emerged in the late 1960s and became pop culture icons and music trendsetters. The lead, Michael Jackson (also known as the King of Pop) was the second youngest brother in the group. He died in 2009. The youngest brother, Randy Jackson who was in the group for a short time, left in 1984 (the same time that Michael Jackson left to pursue a solo career) to pursue his own projects. All six brothers last performed as a group in 1984, for their Victory Tour.
The Jacksons have a total of 18 albums including “Dancing Machine”, “Victory”, “Skywriter” and “Maybe Tomorrow”.
Now after close to three decades, The Jacksons have come together to perform in selected places around the world such as Belgium, Singapore and Malaysia for one night only, for their Unity Tour.
