If you’re planning on shopping for some new clothes, gadgets, cars, household items and other stuff for the coming new year, try to find things that come in blue, green and purple. Why? Because feng shui experts have predicted that these will be the “lucky colours” for the upcoming Year of the Snake.
According to an article in The Star, blue is the most favourable colour as it represents the water element.
President of the Malaysian Institute of Geomancy Sciences (Mings) Proffesor Joe Choo said that painting a small portion of one’s home in one of the above mention colours can also help to attract good luck.
The Year of the Snake begins 10 February 2012 (first day of Chinese New Year).
