Nothing can amp up your workout like energy-fueled music.  Here comes FIT Radio, which is just the app for people who love exercising to music.

The FIT Radio app works like any other music streaming website or app, but it is geared towards providing music that is best for workouts. Users can select the genre that they want and the app will start playing tracks from that genre.

This app is available on Android and iOS phones and can be downloaded for free from the Apple App store and the Google Play store.

This app turns your mobile phone into an exercising accessory.  This app or music streaming service is also available as a web version so you can turn up the volume of your laptop or desktop speaker and have a great workout.

Is Fit Radio Available in Malaysia?

Yes, that’s right, Fit Radio is available in Malaysia too. Although the app is free, it is ad-supported so you will hear some ads in the middle of your playlist. If you do not want your playlist to be interrupted by ads, you can upgrade to the FIT Radio premium account that costs $2.99 per month (~MR 9 per month). The premium account costs $24 (RM 72) per year and you can even get the lifetime subscription for only $60 (~RM 180).

What’s So Great about FIT Radio?

What sets this app apart from other music streaming services is that the playlists have been created and engineered by professional DJs, with goal of keeping your energy up during exercise routines.

The playlists are 40 minutes long and are designed to help users complete exercise routines. The tempo changes in all the right places to keep you engaged and motivated till the end.

The app has three sections – DJs, Genres and Stations and all the songs on the app are upbeat and energetic, which is effective for aerobic workouts and morning runs. Although most of the tracks are fast-paced, there are low-tempo genres like Lounge that offer playlists ideal for yoga and meditations.  Additionally, you can set a track, DJ or station as your favorite, allowing you to access them easily.

Another cool feature is that you can set the BPM (beat per minute) and the app will play tracks aligned with that specific BPM.
