The Expat Wine Dinner at the Three Little Pigs & The Big Bad Wolf

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

It was a pork-themed night for the lucky tasters that joined The Expat Group for its recent Wine Dinner in Bangsar Village, where popular eatery Three Little Pigs and The Big Bad Wolf showcased its juicy meals, accompanied by a lovely and eclectic selection of delicious wines. As people began to find their way into the chic restaurant, the first wine they were served was the Altos Los Romeros Sauvignon Blanc, and it did not disappoint as it paired effortlessly with the delicious Pork Kebab and Bacon and Egg Croquette canapés. Next in line for the hungry guests was the innovative Sweet Carrot and Bacon Soup and a classic Caesar Salad, both paired with the flavourful Capeta Zapata Alamos Chardonnay. For the “big bad” main course, diners revelled in the succulent Pork Ribs and delicious Pork Knuckles, which partnered marvellously with an Alto Los Romeros Carmenere. The excellent service was praised by the cheery crowd, and the big portions left everyone utterly satisfied. (In fact, many guests took home extras to enjoy later!) The last treat on the table was a Deep-Fried Mars Bar that left everyone licking their fingers as they clinked their glasses and toasted a fantastic meal.
