Legoland Malaysia has opened its first water park! Legoland Malaysia’s Water Park is the first one in Asia, and the biggest in the world!
According to Siegfried Boerst, General Manager of Legoland Malaysia, “The water park, which is the first in Asia and also the largest in the world, will add a whole new dimension to the Legoland Malaysia experience.”
He also added that the new water park could be enjoyed as a single attraction or in combination with the theme park.
The water park will be part of the Legoland Malaysia Resort, which is located in Nusajaya in Johor.
The Legoland water park uses more than three million litres of water and has more than 20 water-based rides. Highlights of the water park include the Build-A-Raft River, for children to customise a raft with soft Lego bricks which they can use to float down a river. Another highlight is the Joker Soaker, which is a fun and interactive structure where kids can shoot each other with water cannons.
