Bianca is a senior at a high school where she is more popularly known as the DUFF (Designated Ugly Fat Friend) compared to her prettier and more popular friends. She then approaches a guy named Wesley, a slick but charming jock, to help her reinvent herself and gain back her reputation before her senior year turns into a disaster.
