Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The celebration of dads around the world takes place this year on 19th June, International Father’s Day. This is the day for all of us to appreciate our fathers and father figures, to shower them with love, hugs and gifts.

However, fathers can be notoriously difficult to shop for, especially if he’s the stoic kind. So we’ve done some thinking and came up with this list of gifts that we think would be great for just about anybody’s father:

1. Spotify subscription, RM15/month

spotify

Given that a Spotify account provides access to over 20 million songs, this is the perfect gift for the musical dad. He can enjoy songs from all genres, from the latest Justin Bieber hit he’s too embarrassed to admit he likes to songs that take him back in time like John Denver and the Rolling Stones.

Also, the recommendation feature on Spotify is an amazing tool to discover music. You can curate playlists around songs you love or let Spotify tailor a personalized playlist for you each week with the Discover Weekly feature.

2. Netflix subscription, from RM33/month
