Five secondary students at The International School @ ParkCity – Portia, Shu Cheng, Kyle, Chae Lin, and Alyssa – worked tirelessly over four weeks to design ‘The Bentley Car for 2050’ for the prestigious ‘Be Extraordinary’ competition. Their task was to design a Bentley car for launch in 2050 that has preeminent British refinement and a marketing campaign “Bentley is extraordinary because…”.

Twelve international schools entered the competition and after meeting HRH Prince Andrew, ISP’s the “PARAGON” was announced as the winner of the competition. Its excellent design, engineering and innovation drew the following comments from the judges: “If this is how you think the future looks, I want to be part of it” Paul Rennie, Deputy High Commissioner of UK in Malaysia; “Brilliant combination of tech, design and branding” Tony Collingridge, Director UK Trade and Investment; “Excellent presentation using stylish visuals. Proposed a USP that was different and unique. Breakthrough design from the existing Bentley.

“Showed GREAT teamwork” Carol Koh – GREAT Marketing

“Brilliant. Covered both breadth and depth in the entire project” Jerry Lee – Bentley Malaysia.
