School Snaps: Student at SIS Receives Book Award

Serene Aimee Tan Diwen of Sunway International School (SIS) has recently been named one of the Harvard Prize Book Award winners this year. Winners receive a cash price of RM 2,000, a copy of the Harvard Prize Book, and a certificate from Harvard Club of Malaysia. The other shortlisted finalist from SIS is Gwee Xi Yuan.

Since 1910, the prestigious Harvard University has been awarding the Harvard Prize Book to outstanding students worldwide in recognition of their achievements. At Sunway Education Group, the award is presented annually to outstanding students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship with exceptional contributions and engagement in community service and has been awarded since the past 8 years under the auspices of the Harvard Club of Malaysia.
