Express Railway Link (ERL) achieved another milestone with a surprise celebration honouring their 100 millionth passenger.

ERL has been operating since 2002 and continues to provide transportation for public convenience through its two services, KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit.

CEO of ERL, Noormah Mohd Noor said, “It is a remarkable achievement and yet humbling for us to be celebrating our 100 millionth passenger today. ERL is proud to have maintained an impeccable 99.7% on-time service performance until now. We would like to sincerely thank our customers for their continuous support.”

In conjunction with the announcement of its passenger celebration occasion, goodie bags were distributed to the public with one of them containing the winning ticket number for the grand prize.

The winner of the grand prize, Sherif Radwan and his wife Noor Kazzaz, won a trip to Japan, inclusive of flight tickets, accommodation, and RM10,000 worth of ground experiences. Additionally, ERL’s valued business partner, Klook, also participated in this special occasion in their sponsorship of the grand prize and vouchers.

Since its commencement, ERL has proven popular. In fact, they served over one million passengers during the first year of operations! They have only grown since then: In 2014, a similar appreciation was made by ERL for its customers as they celebrated their 50 millionth passenger.
