Featuring 10 Malaysian artists, this exhibition will take you on a journey of plot twists, reactions to surroundings and situations, and more that has shaped them through philosophical, technical, and aesthetic viewpoints. Trauma, frustrations, and political opinions are voiced, and interactivity plays a huge part in driving the exhibition’s narrative.

Date: 14th November 2019 – 15th January 2020

Ipoh International Art Festival (IIAF 2019)

While this is technically NOT held in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh is a fun 2-hour road trip away, perfect for that single day getaway. The Ipoh International Art Festival will feature the quaint town as a hub for over a hundred arts practitioners to showcase the diverse creativity Malaysia has to offer. From performance arts, music, film, experimental, contemporary to photography exhibitions, come and explore what the theme CLIMATE means to people this side of the world.

Pop Orient

Drawing inspiration from the Crazy Rich Asians phenomena that has swept the world, Edith Ho and her Design House presents the ‘Gung Ho’ series for her newest venture into urban arts. Outrageous, bold, and whimsically-themed, take a look at the unbelievably luxurious and the overbearing cultural tradition this exhibition has to offer.
