New Procedures Implemented for Expats to Enter and Exit Malaysia During RMCO

Policy details remain unchanged, but updated procedures and a new online application system came into effect September 1st.

Effective September 1, 2020, applications for the entry/exit and return to Malaysia for expats living and working in the country will no longer be attended via [email protected]. All applications must now be submitted through the MYEntry system.

As before, working expats with queries or in need of assistance may reach out to the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) Helpdesk at +603.8880 1449 or send an e-mail to [email protected].

Note that the ESD system is set up for expats holding employment passes or resident passes. Expats with the MM2H visa should not use this site.
