Join us on Thursday, August 21, from 7pm to 9pm, for a relaxed evening of conversations, connections, and culinary treats. This edition of the Mingle takes place in a setting that channels the sophisticated, genteel spirit of Penang’s legendary Millionaire’s Row, with graceful furnishings, leafy interiors, and a casually refined atmosphere evoking a bygone era.
The culinary team at The Millen has curated an international buffet menu to keep guests well-fed while they mingle. Just some of the expected highlights include stuffed cherry tomatoes with otak-otak mousse, five-spice duck with orange marmalade, and crab cocktail with cilantro and roasted almond. Hot dishes such as baked tandoori chicken drumettes with mint yogurt, beef and bell pepper skewers, and pasta with mushroom pesto will feature among the savoury offerings.
Of course, guests will enjoy plenty of beverages to accompany their bites, including free-flow beer or a lovely selection of red and white wines, available either by the glass or by the bottle!
For maximum flexibility, guests can choose from four Mingle packages:
- RM80 for food and soft drinks
- RM110 for food and free-flow beer
- RM120 for food and three glasses of wine
- RM190 per couple for food and a full bottle of wine
