Celebrate the Harvest Festival with us on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Publicans KL, starting at 5 PM! Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening.
Special guest performer will be EVAN ANAK BORNEO, a talented local songwriter, music producer, and arranger. Evan gained recognition on August 11, 2017, as the only Bornean finalist to win a patriotic songwriting competition in Kuala Lumpur. He also received awards for best lyrics and best music arrangement for his song “WHO YOU ARE, WHO AM I,” which beautifully blends the traditional Orang Ulu instrument, the Sape, with the Malay folk song “LENGGANG KANGKUNG.” Another one of his notable songs is “THE LOST HORNBILL.”
Alongside EVAN, other independent musicians will also perform.
