On March 9th and 10th 2018, Babe Restaurant in Damansara Heights is proud to announce a collaboration event with Cuca in Bali, ‘Swig and Nibble’. For two nights, they will be hosting Cuca and Chef Kevin Cherkas for a party-style food event the likes of which KL has never seen before!
Located in tranquil Jimbaran (Bali), Cuca’s ‘Globally Inspired, Locally Sourced, Tapas, Cocktails and Desserts’ cutting-edge formula comes masterminded by award-winning Chef and co-creator, Kevin Cherkas, whose impressive resume boasts stints at Michelin-starred restaurants, including El Bulli and Arzak.
Eat the night away and mingle with fellow foodies, with 20 courses of small dishes served canapé-style over 2 hours, where the best of Cuca and Babe will be on display. 20 magically crafted sweet and savory canapés – 10 from Cuca and 10 from Babe’s Jeff Ramsey – will be presented on oversized trays brimming with artful garnish arrangements, served in a non-stop, predetermined sequence.
All this, snappily orchestrated with meticulously paired wines intermittently poured at designated stations and funky techno swing sounds played out within an intimate, chic space overlooking Kuala Lumpur’s iconic Petronas Towers. DJ Jason Martin is on the 1’s and 2’s and Guest Bartender Karl Too will be mixing his own set as well, so make sure to bring your dancing shoes!
Optionally, you can get the wine flight to pair with your food that includes 4 different wines served in sequence to match the food course.
The price of admission is RM250++ that includes 20 courses of food, served canapé-style (passed around).
Wine flight of 4 is an additional RM150++ (1 of each sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, and dessert wine).
