Property developer MCT Consortium started off in 1999 as a construction company, specialising in building electrical substations. A few short years later, they branched out into property development. The company’s first project as property developers is the USJ 1 Avenue development.

USJ 1 Avenue

Consisting of two phases, USJ One Avenue is an exclusive high-rise condominium located in USJ 1, Subang Jaya, Selangor. Phase 1 consists of two 19-storey blocks of 448 units. The condominium is conveniently located among amenities such as supermarkets, medical centres, highways, restaurants, shops and many other amenities in Subang Jaya. Phase 2 is called Park Residence, a single 18-storey block with 146 exclusive units.

One City

The latest and biggest project by MCT Consortium is the development of One City, a new one stop lifestyle and commercial hub. The development is divided into three phases; Phase 1 (Garden Shoppe), Phase 2 (Sky Park), Phase 2A (The Place), Phase 2B (The Square) and Phase 3 (MCT Mall).

One City is within short distance of other prime areas such as Subang Jaya, Bandar Sunway, Putra Heights, Puchong and Shah Alam. The entire 77 acres is made up of 4.8 million sq ft of nett lettable retail and office space, 1,243 business class hotel rooms, 3-acres urban park, 6,700 seatings capacity meeting and seminar halls, entertainment hub with 20-screen multiplexes, 200 karaooke rooms, 12,00 sq ft dance club, 50,000 sq ft fitness centre, 60,000 sq ft rooftop banquet hall. Also, there are over 12,000 parking bays available. One City is also cosely linked to major highways such as LDP and ELITE, and it is also very near from the Subang Airport/KLIA/LCCT/Westport.

Lakefront @ Cyberjaya is an exclusive gated community. It is still under development, and set to be completed by phases. The development consist 110 villas, 2432 condominiums units, 23 units shop office and 3240 affordable apartments units.

Ecolake City, a mix township development over 400 acres of land and lake, that consists of semi-detached homes and bungalow units, condominiums and apartments, located in Dengkil, is only a stone’s throw away from Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
