Offered on a free-flow basis throughout the brunch, it includes sparkling wine, red and white wines, and beer, allowing guests to sip and savour at their own pace.
The selection is thoughtfully curated. Sanfeletto Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is a most refreshing sparkling wine from Italy’s highly regarded Prosecco-producing region. It is extra dry but with refreshing citrus aromas and yeasty notes on the palate.
Wine aficionados will be impressed with the red wine poured at the Easter buffet. Château Lauzanet is a superior red wine from France’s acclaimed Bordeaux region that boasts a deep plum colour, aromatic nose and well-rounded palate. The white wine, meanwhile, is a Le Grand Noir Chardonnay from Languedoc-Roussillon, France. It is lightly oaked to ensure its fruit freshness comes to the fore. It is an excellent food wine and pairs well with the poultry and fish served on the buffet.
For those who appreciate good wine without overthinking it, the free-flow wine package is an easy addition to justify. The beverage add-on also includes cold draught beer, juices, and more.
