- All packages are available exclusively at Sunway Medical Centre Damansara and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
- Advance booking is required. Medical consultation or specialist assessment is required for the relevant screening, endoscopy, or weight management package.
- Services, investigations, medications, or other items not included in the selected package may incur additional charges.
- A 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) applies. The supplied terms specify this for non-Malaysian citizens for the liver scan/endoscopy and weight management offers, while the vitality packages state that SST applies.
- The weight management medication options are subject to medical suitability and prescription.
