We receive letters from readers from time to time regarding the late delivery of The Expat magazine. Though we mail each issue out at the very beginning of the month (sometimes even at the end of the preceding month), some readers report not receiving their copy in the mail until the middle of the month, or sometimes later. Distance does not seem to be a factor, as this problem routinely affects readers whose homes are quite close to our Bangsar offices. We have repeatedly asked Pos Malaysia to address this problem, but with rather limited success. Please know that we are aware of the issue and will continue our efforts to improve delivery service. Ultimately, of course, the responsibility lies with Pos Malaysia, and as we pay a considerable amount to mail out thousands of copies each month, we understandably share our readers’ frustration when the magazine is not delivered in a timely fashion.
