KTJ students joined nearly 1,000 students from 75 different international schools at the Hwa Chong Institute in Singapore for the 11th annual THIMUN Model United Nations conference in November.

The week started by meeting different delegates representing all the different nations of the world. Our students had to prepare resolutions about a range of different current events such as disarmament, global terrorism, and water shortages.

By the second day, the students were debating these issues inGeneral Assembly!

We also had students involved in ECOSOC and APQAEAN, and we were lucky enough to have a representative on the International Court of Justice. Our student Director of KTJ MUN had the opportunity to debate current international criminal affairs, chaired by international lawyers. What an incredible experience for our students!
