In the spirit of eating healthy, we’re all for sharing inspiring photos and posts. This week, we look at the trend that lives on – smoothie bowls. The phrase, “eating with your eyes” rings true when you see how beautiful some of these creations are. Even if you’re against posting your life on Instagram, these bowls warrant a quick pic just to remember them by. Food and art lover Hazel Zakariya takes smoothie bowl art to another level. Her Frida Kahlo creation here is made with cauliflower, blueberries, kiwi, soy milk, and coconut cream. For the decorations on top, she used coconut cream, mesquite powder, activated coconut charcoal, cacao and carob syrup, strawberries, turmeric elixir, and Misty Day Plant Potions’ rose petals.

Whether using avocados or apples, roses are fun designs to create. Michelle ‘Mo’ Whetstone created this bold bowl with spinach, banana, dates, sea moss, water, mango, kiwi, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, marigolds, snapdragons, pollen, sprouts, and a side of pansies.
