Pinktober Bazaar, Pinky Run 2018

First-ever #Pinktober is a charity bazaar created to make the topic of breast cancer less of a taboo. October is known as Pink Month – International Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year, Beauté Library is collaborating with the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) to raise the awareness on breast cancer.
The goal is to raise RM10,000 for NCSM to carry out free breast screening for less privileged families in Malaysia. Different varieties of pop-up stores encompassing art, lifestyle, fashion, and F&B will be at the bazaar. The event also includes the #PinkyRun, a 3KM and 5KM fun run for all to show support to help create awareness on the importance of early detection and prevention of breast cancer in Malaysia.
Pinktober Bazaar: 13 and 14 October, 10am to 10pm at MyTOWN KL Shopping Centre, Town Park
Pinky Run: 14 October, 7.30 am at MyTOWN KL Shopping Centre, Town Park. There are two categories to choose from, the 3km and 5km categories.
Fee: RM55, registration closes on 30 September
