Batman and the Batmobile are in Pavilion until 27th March
Surely you know about the highly anticipated Batman v Superman movie making its way to local cinemas on the 24th of March? Well, in preparation for the release, Pavilion KL is bringing the Batmobile to Malaysia!
From now till the 27th of March, Pavilion KL is hosting a Batman v Superman display complete with life-size statues of Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman along with a replica of the Batmobile used in the film and posters. The Centre Court display will also include various activities like an arm wrestling competition on 19th and 20th and a Batman v Superman dance performance on 26th and 27th, as well as an interactive games competition every day until the 27th.
As for the insta-crazed folks, there’s an ongoing photo contest, called #WhoWillWin, where people can take part by taking selfies with the statues of the superhero they are rooting for and post it on Instagram with either the hashtag #BatmanPavilionKL or #SupermanPavilionKL depending on who they think will win the showdown. The contest runs until the 27th and winners will receive movie merchandise worth up to RM1,295, including a tumbler or a limited edition Police watch.
Batman v Superman: The Dawn of Justice stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill has Superman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, in what looks like an epic battle between two DC Comic legends following the events of Man of Steel.
