Celebrating two decades of boundary-pushing music, the WVC Malaysian Jazz Ensemble is marking its 20th anniversary with a one-off concert at the brand-new D Theatre @ Hextar World. Led by the pianist and composer Tay Cher Siang, bassist AJ and drummer Adriel Wong, WVC Jazz will be joined by the saxophonists Farid Izwan and Julian Chan, singers Janet Lee, Junji Delfino and Izen Kong, and narrator Lim Soon Heng. This milestone concert celebrates WVC Jazz’s evolution from a classic trio to a renowned mainstay of the Southeast Asian jazz scene.
